Shipping & Return Policy

DUE TO COVID-19 Lash Savvy is not responsible for delays in shipping regardless of class of postage paid. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control. Free shipping on orders over $125 are normally 1st class  ground shipping and can take up to 14 days or more for your package to arrive during this time. We highly recommend paying for FedEx or Priority shipping if you need your orders in a timely manner. Please keep a close eye on your tracking number provided to you after your order ships.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free USPS Ground (1st Class) shipping within the USA for orders over $125. Lash Savvy has the right to use FedEx if deemed necessary. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

When choosing overnight shipping please allow 48 hours to process your order or call 877-642-1942 to ask if it can go out the same day. 

Lash Savvy processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Lash Savvy orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Lash Savvy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS/FedEx will have the most current information regarding your package. 

Lash Savvy is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If the incorrect shipping address is provided, the client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

 In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

TRAINING COURSES REFUND POLICY

All cancellations or withdrawals must be in writing and state the reason for submitting the request to withdrawal within 3 days of your purchased class in order to be issued a refund. When you purchased the class you received the training catalog that explains further details of Lash Savvy's refund policy according to the State of Colorado Board of Higher Ed. Division of Occupational Schools.

All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of withdrawal or termination
Or the student shall be entitled to 100 % of the prepaid, unearned tuition at the time of closure.

Training kits are non-refundable unless the class is canceled and the kit can be returned unopened within 15 days.

 PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond our control, please return within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 14 days, the product is nonrefundable.

If you are unhappy with your unopened products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 15 days from delivery for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Adhesives and Professional Kits are excluded and can not be returned unless defective. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Lash Savvy is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
